- Newsletter signup. If you enter your email address in the newsletter form in our website footer, we use it to send you news about events, releases, and happenings at the winery.
- Contacting us directly. If you email or call us, we receive whatever information you include — typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message.
- Steak Night reservations. Reservations are handled on a separate site, steaknight.applecreekwinery.com, which collects the name, email address, phone number, and party details you enter in order to book and confirm your table.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically:
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site — for example, which pages are most popular and whether visitors are on a phone or a desktop. - Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Access or deletion. Contact us at info@applecreekwinery.com and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Children
Our website concerns the sale of alcohol and is intended for visitors who are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
